- Plumbing and electrical works including sewer and potable water tie-ins and upgrades as required
- Breezeways, concrete access paths, ramps, and final building placement
- Design, engineering, permits, commissioning, testing, and compliance certification
Additional Scope of Works
- Electric fencing, auto gates and screen walls installed around sensitive infrastructure
- Upgrades to plumbing systems and reticulation ring main
- General carpentry and electrical works across village infrastructure
