Project Overview

TREKKA was commissioned to expand the Sunrise Dam Village to accommodate 100 additional personnel. The project included the installation of 26 SPQ modules and a central laundry, supported by extensive civil, plumbing, electrical and structural works.

  • Accommodation: 26 SPQs and 1 laundry building with complete interior fit-out
  • Plumbing: 27,000L septic tank, macerator pump, potable water connections
  • Electrical: Reticulation from 750kVA kiosk, lighting, GPOs, data/TV wiring
  • Civil: Roads, carpark, screw piles, concrete paths, fire services
  • Support Services: Design, engineering, certification and permits
Outcome

The project was delivered on time and within budget, with minimal impact to existing operations. The expanded facilities integrate seamlessly with the existing camp and provide high-quality, compliant FIFO accommodation.
